Dr. Saritha Ramasamy, a physical therapist with a Doctorate, is the founder of Talenz Healthcare. Driven by a passion for improving patient care, she established Talenz in 2022 to address staffing challenges in healthcare. Her commitment to building strong connections between healthcare facilities and professionals led her to build an app-based intervention – PDTXperts.

After leading troops as a Marine Captain, Aaron’s career took him through finance and healthcare, culminating in a Chief Transformation Officer role. Now, he’s using his staffing knowledge from Springboard (his own creation) to shake up therapy staffing at PDTXperts .
